 ... all anyone can talk about is Volunteers

Regarding the draft National Scope of Practice document ;
It's amazing that every person and every EMS service will take some severe hits with this proposal, but all anyone can talk about is Volunteers, and EMT Level. That is only the tip of the ice berg for those that will be effected. The industry as a whole will be affected in a hugely negative way. I think most Paid services just won't admit the effects on them due to competition, pride, or just don' t believe this will happen during their career.
