King County EMS is in the frontier county of Guthrie, Texas, and serves 944 sq miles of fairly rough terrain.  We are looking for a rescue/recovery rig to be able to get our patients from point A to the ambulance.  We were told that Alaska used HMMWV's.  We would like some information on what is used and where we might could locate what we need.
