EMTPortal - Free Service for a Successful Pass of Course, State, and NREMT National Level Testing
by

This appears to be a great, free service for students. Here the scoop from them.  Valerie

United States – June 08, 2009 – The publically free service known as "EMTPortal" has aided in the successful completion of testing and valid certification of over 650 EMT candidates across the United States since its initial launch in December of 2007; to celebrate the recently recognized milestone EMTPortal is growing substantially by adding many new features, content, and more.

“The ultimate goal of EMTPortal is to serve the EMS community, and future EMS members with a free ‘ultimate’ portal for educational resources – a system to aid in removing that ever-known ‘fear’ and instill confidence in Course, State, and NREMT National Registry level testing.”, says Travis of EMTPortal

Over the past year and a half, EMTPortal has dedicated its online existence to offering a free-to-public study, and test preparation portal for EMS Instructors, EMT / Paramedic Candidates, and EMT CEU Seekers.

** EMTPortal and Usages **
Are you currently enrolled in an EMT-B or EMT-P course?  Do you already have your EMT-B/P certifications?  Are you a course instructor, or a prospective student?  Either way, at some point in time you have had, or will probably engage the NREMT (National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians) testing session to obtain and hold a valid EMT-B/I/P certification in the United States (with National Credentials).

If you are currently enrolled or have recently taken the NREMT, Course Testing, or State level testing -- you know first-hand how pressuring it can be, especially with the new CBT (Computer Based Testing) set in-place.  It is EMTPortal’s goal to mediate this fear, as striving to instill the ultimate in confidence and knowledge in the individual for a successful, and limited-stress pass of the NREMT, and all other testing required.

** EMTPortal Launches Version 2.0 **
It comes with great excitement that EMTPortal announces the official launch of their new and enhanced version 2.0 at http://www.emtportal.com/, while still remaining completely free to the public.

The new version includes a new EMTPortal Study Chat system, much more material, and many other “under-the-hood” enhancements to ensure a rich, useful, and complete portal for further education and preparation for course-level testing, State level EMS testing, and finally (the at times fearful) National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) testing.

It is also known that since the release of version 2.0, EMTPortal is still actively and diligently working to add new features; “EMTPortal Games, Profiles, and Collaborative Materials” to name a few.  Expanding on the known new features coming soon, EMTPortal reports that trivia challenge games will be available in a manner to where an individual registered with the system can challenge another individual to a trivia game, where a series of questions are asked to both users and then reviewed at the end – if they enjoy working together they can add each other as a “Medic-Buddy” and use the systems new “Team Study”.

** EMTPortal Funding-Life-Support **
As mentioned above, EMTPortal is 100% free to the users to take advantage of all aspects of the system – while they do ask for a donation, and accept a donation as small as $1.00 to aid in the continued development, and high-uptime of the system.
With a feely available system offering so much to the community, a small donation periodically from users is a small token to request, and well worth it as represented by the metrical data available regarding pass-rates from individuals while engaging the EMTPortal system.

** Spread EMTPortal Around to Others **
If you are currently enrolled in an EMS course (First Responder, Basic, Intermediate, or Paramedic), have already obtained certification from NREMT or State Level Emergency Medical Services, or are and planning on enrolling in the near future – take your education to a higher level while having confidence in your ability to pass the required testing for successful certification – come to http://www.emtportal.com/ today!

Media kits are available upon request, containing brochures, flyers, etc.  For more information; contact EMTPortal at info@emtportal.com or toll-free at 1-866-944-6812.
