They're called "super ambulances." The paramedics wear tiny cameras mounted on their headsand cameras are placed throughout the ambulance. That allows a doctor hours away to literally look over the paramedic's shoulder. The Army developed and gave permission for the ambulances to use their special digital technology to help out after the recent hurricanes. Dr. Brent King, UT Houston Emergency Med.: "It's so different talking to someone on the phone and actually looking as a physician and seeing, and I know she's not hurt badly." Doctors say it costs an additional $50,000 to add this digital camera technology to any ambulance. It works best in rural counties where 1st responders must travel long distances to reach hospital emergency rooms. The
