Relationship of Educators to Field Performance

Brad D. Weilbrenner, AS, NREMT-P,  of New Hampshire is conducting a survey for his Teaching and Learning Process course. 

Brad intends to show that if educators received formal education in teaching, that the field of EMS would become educated, therefore increasing performance of the providers, therefore increasing the quality of patient care, thus extending the scope of practice. Upfront, he says he may have an idealistic theory, but he believes it to be true.

Brad asks EMS educators to answer two opinion questions. Send on your opinion. He'll keep us informed of the results upon completion of his paper. ( in about 14 weeks)

2) Do you feel that all EMS educators should have formal education in teaching, such as a degree or certificate?
