NREMT-I and the Director of Gorham EMS (GEMS) in Gorham New
Hampshire Bill's EMS experience stems from volunteering as an EMT-I in
Kansas & the Air Force for several years. In addition to Bill's responsibilities for GEMS, he serves on the NH Ambulance Association and
AVEMS District Board of Directors, Granite State CISD as well as being the
chair of the Northern NH Regional EMS Council and a member of the Randolph
