Posted August 2005: I just received a bill for (so far) an additional $398.00 in charges for extra transfer of kilobytes over the last two weeks beyond my regular fee for web hosting with the company where most of the EMS Educational Resources materials reside. In some cases certain PowerPoint files and large movie files were downloaded multiple times in a day, indicating they have likely been linked to on other sites. (I'm still looking into this to determine who has done so) >>>

If there are some materials you are unable to down load at this time it is because they are not currently available until I can pay the bill and determine who is at fault for the massive downloads. I have also eliminated access to downloading the largest movie (mpg) files for now. PLEASE, do not download everything in a matter of a few days or weeks. DO NOT link to the movies or other materials on the EMSER site. This will help ensure the site remains available and free.
