It is important that you understand our Terms of Use before downloading and using any selections.

This site is divided into sections:

Broad Categories, such as PPT or Articles. 
Under the expanded Broad Categories you will find Specific Categories, such as  Airway or OB/GYN.
To expand any category, or any categories offerings, click on the 

To look up a specific key word, - such as 'pregnancy'- use your own browser. First expand all in your chosen category by using the  .   Then, use your own browser by selecting your browsers "Find" feature. (Usually under "Edit" "Find") 

Over 99% of the time there are NO site problems, the site is up and links are fine.
But, sometimes I just plain screw up. So, if you get a bad link, or cannot download something- please let me know, and please be patient while I investigate and fix it. 80% of the, "I can't download" messages turn out to be an error on the part of the "downloadee"- so to speak. But even if it is, I do try to help you try to find and fix the problem.
