Kevin Fabian, CCEMT-P, is the Risk Manager for Carolina MedCare in Charleston, South Carolina. He is an AHA ACLS and BLS Regional Faculty, EMT and EMT-I Instructor. Kevin is a firefighter and serves as Chairman of the board for a Berkeley County, SC rural (C&B) fire department.
